No Glow Plugs, LLC Shipping & Return Policies

 

Our satisfaction guarantee is to offer the best solution for your situation.

  • Returns will not be accepted after Christmas Eve, Dec. 24th, regardless of the 15 day return period.
  • Within 15 days of receiving your order, if your product is defective contact us at custserv@noglowplugs.com
  • Our customer service professionals will work with you to satisfy your needs.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • There is not any visible writing or marks on the packaging, products or contents.
  • Keep all original packaging as you received it for at least 15 days.
  • Returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
  • Keep all products in new condition.
  • Do not remove UPC codes (No refund will be given if the UPC code is missing from the packaging).
  • Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in the manufacturers original packaging in "like-new condition" and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product.
  • Linked promotional items must also be included, if applicable.
  • If products are sent back to No Glow Plugs and it is deemed, Not Acceptable, the refund will not be given and the product will be returned back to the customer at their expense (charged to the original credit card used).

Not satisfied with a product, how do I return it?

Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact us at custserv@noglowplugs.com and provide us with the following information:

         Your order number

  • Description of why you wish to return the product
  • How you would like to proceed Ė Refund or exchange for different product?
  • A service professional will contact you with a return authorization number, and specific instructions to follow.
  • If the product IS NOT defective, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return.
  • Products must be returned in the manufacturers original packaging in "like new condition", and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product. Shipping charges and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.

Note:  We will not accept returns after Christmas, even if it is within the 15 day period. Otherwise, its simple.

 

What if the product is defective?
No Glow Plugs, LLC strives to supply the best product in the marketplace.  Our goal is to correct the situation as quick as possible.  Please provide us with the following information:

  • Contact us by e-mail at  custserv@noglowplugs.com letting us know of the defect within the first 15 days of receiving your order, we will gladly exchange your defective product for the same product model number.
  • Keep all original packaging as you received it.
  • Products must be returned in the manufacturers original packaging in "like new condition", and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product.

Is there a discrepancy with the order that you received?

 

 If you find any discrepancies with your order, please email us right away at custserv@noglowplugs.com

Can I return the product without contacting us?

No.  Our customer service is here to discuss your situation and canít correct a problem that we know nothing about.  Please send an email to  custserv@noglowplugs.com and one of our service professionals will contact you to work out a solution.  Any product that that is sent back without authorization or a Return Authorization Number will be rejected.

Miscellaneous comments about returning items?

After you receive a return authorization number, please be sure to do the following:

  • Ensure that the authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box below the return address.
  • Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in the manufacturers original packaging and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product. Linked promotional items must also be included, if applicable.
  • There is a 10% re-stocking fee.
  • You are responsible for shipping charges both ways, unless the product is deemed to be defective.
  • There is not any visible writing or marks on the packaging, products or contents.
  • If products are sent back to No Glow Plugs and it is deemed, Not Acceptable or Incomplete, the refund will not be given and the product will be returned back to the customer (at their expense).  
  • If you return a product and then realized that you forgot to include products or packaging that was supposed to be included, please notify us immediately at custserv@noglowplugs.com.
For your own protection, we recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged, and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.
